WOMEN’S MINISTRY

Our Women’s Ministries seek to provide the women of Lakes (and the community) with opportunities for serving, growing and fellowship with other women. Some highlights of ministry include:

Bible Study

There a number of ways and times to get involved in a women’s Bible study group. During the school year A Bible study meets on Tuesday mornings at 9:30am. In addition to the time spent around God’s Word, the women have a time of prayer and coffee and breakfast snacks. There is no need to sign up or be part of Lakes to get involved. Anyone is welcomed to join on any Tuesday during the school year.

Ladies Christmas Tea

Our annual ladies tea is a highlight of the year as we set aside a speical night to prepare for the Christmas season.

Ladies Retreat

The highlight of the Women’s Ministries calendar is the annual retreat held each fall. This overnight trip serves as a great time to share with each other and grow closer to each other as we seek to know Christ more fully. Details are given far in advance, so be watching through the summer months so you can begin scheduling for this weekend.
