Lakes Youth Community Choir

Beginning September of 2025, Lakes Bible Church at 309 Decker Rd. Walled Lake, MI will be sponsoring a Youth Community Choir for students in Walled Lake, Wixom, Novi, Commerce Township and the surrounding area. The choir is designed to give students in grades 4-8 the opportunity to learn and practice the basic skills of singing that includes breath management, healthy vocal production, blend and balance.

We will be covering a variety of music styles, including sacred music, secular music, folk songs and contemporary pieces representing different cultures and time periods. There will be a concert to share the music learned in December.  Students from all educational backgrounds (public, private and homeschooled) are welcome to participate.  The first year is being offered at no cost to the community.
